Trigger warning: This article has mentions of sexual assault.
Pop musician and TikTok star Bella Poarch has announced her newest single, “Bad Boy!”
In an X post, Poarch wrote, “I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with my body since childhood. I’d hide my scars with tattoos. After my sexual assault, I felt like a stranger in my own body. Now, I’m regaining a sense of myself, rediscovering myself, and loving who I am. Bad Boy! Out this Friday.”
Earlier this week, K-Pop boy group ENHYPEN released the tracklist for their upcoming record, Orange Blood. Poarch will be featuring on the digital-only version of “Sweet Venom,” produced by Slow Rabbit and Connor McDonough. The original version of the track features production work from ENHYPEN member Jay. Orange Blood will be released this November 17 (Friday). ENHYPEN will be coming to New Clark City this February 3, 2024 as part of their “FATE” World Tour. Ticket prices and seat plans have yet to be announced.
Poarch debuted her music career in 2021 with “Build A Bitch.” She dropped her six-track debut EP Dolls in 2022, with features from Grimes and Sub Urban. “Bad Boy!” follows her collaboration with Lauv titled “Crush,” which was released in September of this year. She also launched her new variety show, Bella Levels Up, which airs every Wednesday on Crown. The show follows Poarch and a number of guest stars as they play different video games and various activities. Bella Levels Up premiered last October 25 and will run for four weeks.
