In a surprise move, beloved musicians Arthur Nery and Adie have teamed up for a brand new collaboration, titled “Paralisado.”
The new track from the R&B phenomenon and the melodic storyteller sees the two navigating the tumultuous period of being stuck in an emotional limbo. Both confessional and heartfelt, the song explores the “numbing” effect of a cooling relationship, emphasized further by a vulnerable sort of questioning with the lines of “Sino ako / Oh sino sa ‘yo,” soon followed by the painful, yet truthful response: “Paralisado pagdating sa ‘yo.” Paired with Luke April’s (PLAYERTWO, Novocrane, James Reid) dreamy production, both Nery and Adie’s performances on the single are just as vulnerable as their best work — and could easily be recognized as one of their more resonant songs to date.
Most recently, the two hitmakers teamed up alongside Rob Deniel and Amiel Sol for the sold-out RAAA! concert, which took place at the Araneta Coliseum last December 5, 2025. Nery has also released several collaboration singles over the past few months, with “Palayo Sa Mundo” featuring Jolianne garnering viral traction since the year began, while his track with Loonie, “Palaisipan,” still finds itself on the Billboard Philippines charts, even peaking at No. 6 on the Philippines Hot 100. On the other hand, Adie dropped a series of noteworthy singles over the last year, including “Piliin” and “Miss Pakipot,” while also teaming up with Moira Dela Torre on her track, “Umpisa.”
