In a surprise drop, Ariana Grande unveils the 10th anniversary edition of her 2016 studio album, Dangerous Woman, featuring a much-awaited unreleased track.
Announced via Instagram on May 20, 2026, the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter shared a series of photos to celebrate ten years of Dangerous Woman, reflecting on the project and calling it “an album and era that will forever hold a very special place in [her] heart.” She also posted its new cover art which sees Grande in a white bunny headpiece — a striking contrast to the album’s iconic black bunny mask.
Initially released under Republic Records on May 20, 2016, the album’s 10th anniversary edition arrives with a refreshed cover art and the re-release of all 17 original tracks. It also includes the fan-favorite unreleased song, “Knew Better Part Two,” a sequel to “Knew Better / Forever Boy.” Previously shared on SoundCloud in September 15, 2016, the extended R&B reprise replaces the “Forever Boy” section of the Dangerous Woman track with a rap verse.

Republic Records also celebrated the milestone online by posting side-by-side images from Grande’s original 2016 Dangerous Woman shoot and her updated 2026 look, captioned: “like 2016 never left.”
The surprise release arrives amid promotions for Grande’s upcoming eight studio album, petal, set to arrive on July 31. On April 28, she revealed the album’s artwork and a teaser video, followed by the announcement of a pre-release single, “hate that i made you love me,” out May 29 — described by Grande as “one of [her] favorite songs [she’ll] ever write.”
Alongside the anniversary, Grande is also preparing for her Eternal Sunshine tour in June, marking her first tour since 2019.
With an updated cover art, the hit tracks “Dangerous Woman,” “Into You,” and “Side to Side,” as well as the now-released “Knew Better Part Two,” the Dangerous Woman anniversary vinyl is now available for pre-order ahead of its physical release on May 29.
