Arcadia are heading to Indonesia to perform at the biggest heavy music festival in Southeast Asia this May.
Announced on March 27, the Filipino hardcore punk veterans are set to showcase their very own brand of heavy music overseas as they are slated to take the Hammersonic Festival stage at Carnaval Ancol in Jakarta this May 4-5. Overall, they will be the third Filipino band to perform at the festival since its inception in 2012, following metalcore heavyhitters Valley of Chrome in 2018 and nu-metal icons Greyhoundz in 2023. They will be sharing the stage alongside some of the biggest names in the heavy music scene such as Lamb of God, As I Lay Dying, Converge, A Day To Remember, and more. Tickets can be availed here.
Arcadia came to be in 2008 and is currently composed of Ariel Lumanlan and Mel Enriquez on guitars, Enrie Estevez on vocals, Keith Francisco on bass, and Kenneth Abad on drums. Lumanlan is also part of the metal supergroup JUGGERNAUT alongside members of Kamikazee, Vie, and Skychurch.
