In a major industry move, Warner Chappell Music (WCM) has joined forces with ReverbNation, the premium artist services platform under BandLab Technologies. This collaboration marks a significant step in providing music publishing services to ReverbNation’s talented pool of songwriters, artists, and digital creators.

Under the terms of the partnership, WCM will administer music rights for all creators who enroll in the new ReverbNation Publishing Administration program. Moreover, WCM and ReverbNation will collaborate on identifying and signing top-performing singer-songwriters across the platform through a new joint venture. These signed songwriters will gain access to WCM’s full suite of offerings, including opportunities to collaborate with its A&R, Sync, and Creative Services teams, thus opening up new pathways for their songs and careers.

Guy Moot, Co-Chair and CEO of WCM, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Joining forces with BandLab Technologies allows us to tap into the incredible creator community they’ve built and support promising, up-and-coming talent.”

Meng Ru Kuok, CEO and Co-founder of BandLab Technologies, highlighted the partnership’s potential to foster artistic growth and bridge the gap between emerging talents and established industry platforms, remarking, “This partnership not only unlocks additional potential avenues for artistic development and innovation, it also bridges the gap between emerging talents and established industry platforms, allowing a new generation of artists to find their voice and place in a continuously adapting and expanding landscape.”

Michael LoBiondo, Head of Business Development at WCM, echoed this sentiment, expressing his pleasure at partnering with a forward-thinking company like BandLab Technologies and providing ReverbNation songwriters with the tools to monetize their works globally.
