Rosé takes over the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 (dated December 21, 2024) with the release of her debut album, rosie.
Holding seven entries on this week’s Philippines Hot 100 chart, the K-pop superstar proves her impressive hold over Philippine listeners with majority of the album’s tracklist taking over the chart. While the chart-topper “APT.” featuring Bruno Mars moves down a spot to No. 3 on the Top 10 this week, other entries from the record include the album’s latest single “toxic ‘til the end” which comes in at No. 11, and the opening track “number one girl” that positions itself at No. 20.
Other hot entries from Rosé’s debut album include “drinks or coffee” at No. 73, “3 am” at No. 84, “stay a little longer” at No. 94, and “two years” at No. 95. The prevalence of Rosé’s latest entries in her discography all throughout the chart further showcases the loyal and dedicated nature of her growing fandom in the country — especially as each of these tracks find viral popularity on various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and more.
Other notable updates on the Philippines Hot 100 chart include a new chart-topper, with Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “luther” taking over the No. 1 spot. At No. 2 is Dionela’s viral single “Marilag” which is then followed by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ popular collaboration “Die With A Smile” at the No. 4 spot. TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan’s “Palagi” still holds strong at No. 5, while Dionela and Jay R’s chart topping “sining” positions itself at No. 6.
On the latter half, Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” finds itself at No. 7, while Maki’s “Dilaw” stands at No. 8. At No. 9, Dionela finds a snug spot at No. 9, while Yung Kai’s viral single “blue” makes its debut in the Top 10 at the closing spot of No. 10.
