JENNIE and Doechii Bring The “ExtraL” Lifestyle To The Philippines Hot 100 Chart

JENNIE has garnered yet another entry on the Billboard Philippines‘ charts (dated March 8, 2025) with the release of her latest single “ExtraL“
Featuring the viral rap prodigy Doechii, the newly released track has made its debut at the No. 22 spot of the Philippines Hot 100, showcasing just how strong the hip-hop infused single has resonated with listeners nationwide. With credit to its impressive music video and viral presence on various TikTok and social media dance challenges, “ExtraL” has made a strong impression on Filipino RUBIES, BLINKS, and casual listeners alike.
“ExtraL” marks the latest single off of JENNIE’s debut album RUBY to make an impressive debut on the Philippines Hot 100 chart, following the previous singles “Mantra” and “Love Hangover” featuring Dominic Fike — with the latter currently positioning itself at No. 52 on this week’s chart rankings. Doechii’s hit single “DENIAL IS A RIVER” is also present on this week’s charts, and can be found at a snug spot at No. 79.
Elsewhere on the Billboard Philippines’ charts, the Top 10 of the Philippines Hot 100 sees Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “luther” still holding the No. 1 spot, while Dionela’s “Marilag” and Amiel Sol’s steadily rising “Sa Bawat Sandali” closely follow behind at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions. TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan’s eternal love ballad “Palagi” comes in at No. 4 this week, while Yung Kai’s viral hit “Blue” stands tall at No. 5 on the chart.
Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’ viral chart-topper “Die WIth A Smile” is still present within the Top 10 at No. 6 this week, with Dionela and Jay R’s “sining” next up at No. 7 after thirty-six weeks on the chart. Also spending that much time on the chart is Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” at No. 8, while BINI’s “Blink Twice” moves down a few spots to No. 9 on this week’s chart positions. Closing off the Top 10 is Arthur Nery’s “Isa Lang,” which finds itself at No. 10 for the first time ever as its peak position on the chart.
