Eliza Maturan has officially entered the top 10 of Billboard Philippines‘ Top Philippine Songs chart this week.

On the Top Philippine Songs chart (dated August 10, 2024), a noteworthy entry into its top 10 comes in the form of Eliza Maturan’s “Museo,” as it moves up from the No. 11 spot last week to the No. 8 spot this week. It debuted on the chart at No. 24 during the week of July 27.

Alongside this breakthrough, the heartfelt track, which details admiring someone admiring like they were a stellar work of art in a museum, also ranks significantly on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, moving in from No. 18 to No. 13 this week, showing signs of potentially also breaking into its top 10.

For the rest of the Top Philippine Songs chart, Dionela and Jay R hold onto the No. 1 spot with their collaborative track “sining,” with Dionela’s “Musika” and “Hoodie” featuring Alisson Shore also making their debut on the chart at No. 21 and No. 25, respectively. Immediately at No. 2 after “sining” is “Dilaw” by Maki whose other viral hit “Saan?” continues to hold the No. 12 position.

Following them, P-pop girl group BINI occupies the No. 3 to 5 spots with “Salamin, Salamin,” “Pantropiko,” and “Cherry On Top” while “Karera,” “Lagi,” and “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi” take the No. 7, No. 10, and No. 24 spots respectively. Meanwhile, rounding up the chart’s top 10 is TJ Monterde with “Palagi” at No. 6, alongside Hev Abi with “Walang Alam” at No. 9.

For the rest of the chart, Filipino hip-hop significantly holds four other spots, with “Wag Na” by Realest Cram and CK YG at No. 11, “This Na Malambing” by Ryannah J and Nateman at No. 15, “Babaero” by gins&melodies and Hev Abi at No. 16, “Burgis” by Hev Abi and Flow G at No. 17, and “ILY” by Young Blood Neet at No. 22.

Elsewhere on the Top Philippine Songs chart, Cup of Joe and Janine Teñoso are at No. 13 with their collaboration “Tingin,” followed by Arthur Nery at No. 14 with “Take All The Love.” Meanwhile, Over October continues to rise through the chart’s ranks as their viral hit “Ikot” moves from No. 22 to No. 18 this week. This is immediately followed by Adie and Janine Berdin’s “Mahika” at No. 19 and Up Dharma Down’s “Tadhana” at No. 20. Rounding it all up is mrld making a re-entry into the chart with “Sandali” at No. 23.

Billboard Philippines‘ Top Philippine Songs chart is the country’s music chart that focuses exclusively on Filipino songs, spotlighting the most notable as well as fast-rising musical acts and their songs from all over the Philippines. On a weekly basis, it ranks the top 25 tracks in the country based on both audio and streaming data compiled by leading music and entertainment data provider Luminate.
