BTS‘ Jin has just made his debut entry on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 chart (dated November 9, 2024) with his latest single, “I’ll Be There.”
The K-pop superstar’s second solo track makes its way to the No. 36 spot on the Philippines Hot 100, standing out as one of this week’s five new entries on the chart. “I’ll Be There” marks the latest single from the BTS member, who was recently discharged from his mandatory South Korean military service — which is why fans were quick to stream and purchase the track as a means of support to Jin. Given the immense dedication of BTS’ loyal fandom, the ARMY, it’s no surprise as to why the track has made its debut on the chart within the Top 50.
Elsewhere on the Philippines Hot 100, ROSÉ and Bruno Mars continue to hold the No. 1 spot with “APT.” while Mars’ smash-hit collaboration with Lady Gaga “Die With A Smile” remains at the No. 2 spot. Billie Eilish‘s “BIRDS WITH A FEATHER” still stands at No. 3. TJ Monterde‘s “Palagi” ranks at No. 4, and Dionela and Jay R’s “Sining” moves up a spot to No. 5. Other BLACKPINK members JENNIE and LISA also find themselves within the Top 10, with JENNIE’s “Mantra” positioning itself at No. 6 and LISA’s “Moonlit Floor” at No. 8.
Maki’s chart-topping “Dilaw” remains unmoved at No. 7, while the rest of the Top 10 is capped off by Sabrina Carpenter‘s string of hit singles from Short ‘n Sweet, which include “Taste” and “Bed Chem” at No. 9 and No. 10 respectively. Other new entries on the Philippines Hot 100 include Aespa’s viral hit “Whiplash” at No. 54, Keshi’s “Soft Spot” at No. 68, Up Dharma Down’s “Oo” at No. 92, and Flowerovlove’s “Breaking News” at No. 95.
The Billboard Philippines Hot 100 ranks the biggest songs in the country, based on streaming data (both audio and video) collected by data provider Luminate. The chart encompasses tracks by both Filipino and international acts. The Hot 100 is one of Billboard Philippines‘ official music charts, alongside the Top Philippine Songs chart. Both charts will be updated weekly every Wednesday.
