It has officially been one year since Billboard Philippines launched its flagship charts — the Philippines Hot 100 and the Top Philippine Songs charts.
Since the two charts went live last year, Billboard Philippines has been able to accurately monitor and determine the hottest songs in the country on a weekly basis. Whether its the Philippines Hot 100 where both local and international songs appear, or the Top Philippine Songs where homegrown acts are fully given the spotlight, Billboard Philippines has been able to present which songs and artists that the majority of the Filipino people are currently listening to the most. This is all made possible through the objective data provided by Luminate — the industry’s most distinguished music and entertainment data provider.
In the past year, various changes were observed throughout the chart, whether its new songs making their smashing debut or underrated tracks rising and breaking into the chart’s top 10. However, through all of these changes, there have been songs that have stood the test of time, distinguished by the fact that they have been on the charts for the past 52 weeks. That means, yes, they have never left the charts once since the beginning.
From the week of July 6, 2024 to the week of July 5, 2025, there has been a total of 16 songs who have achieved this feat on the Philippines Hot 100, with only four of them having been able to do the same on the Top Philippine Songs. Learn more about each them below.
