After conquering Vecna and the Upside Down in Netflix’s Stranger Things, Winona Ryder is down to be A$AP Rocky’s neighbor in the music video for the rapper’s latest single “Punk Rocky.”

The single will be featured on Rocky’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb, his first album in eight years and a follow-up to 2018’s Testing. Sated for release on January 16, 2026, the album promises a star-studded lineup of producers such as Tyler, the Creator, Pharrell Williams, and Metro Boomin.

Directed by Rocky with Folkert Verdoorn and Simon Becks, the five‑minute music video shows the rapper bringing the noise, chaos, and punk‑rock energy to a wild garage jam session. He eventually gets arrested, and Ryder, his next‑door neighbor, greets him with cookies. Throughout the video, she smiles through the shenanigans and vibes with the Harlem-based rapper.

Aside from Ryder, the video also features cameos from Thundercat, renowned film composer and musician Danny Elfman, and A$AP Nast — Rocky’s cousin and also a member of the hip-hop collective ASAP Mob.

This isn’t the first time Ryder has ventured into music videos. She made her debut in 1989 in musician-actor Mojo Nixon’s video for “Debbie Gibson Is Pregnant with My Two-Headed Love Child.” A year later, she made a cameo in the music video for Roy Orbison’s “A Love So Beautiful” alongside Matthew Modine, who also appeared in Stranger Things as Dr. Martin Brenner. Her music video projects also include a 2012 collaboration with film auteur Tim Burton, who directed her in The Killers’ video for “Here with Me.”
