Coachella 2025 has come and gone, and weekend two was anything but short on bold fashion statements from the performers.
After all, beyond the music, the stylish outfits are practically part of the main attraction. Even if you’ve only experienced Coachella through your laptop screen, it’s hard not to notice the fits that perfectly match the vibe of the music, the songs, and the distinct artist eras.
The fashion choices elevate the performances, often making or breaking an artist’s stage presence at the annual music and arts festival. From runway- and Instagram-worthy looks by headliners like Lady Gaga and Green Day to standout styles from must-watch acts like LISA and Benson Boone, Billboard Philippines rounds up some of the best fashion moments from the second weekend of Coachella 2025.
Lady Gaga

One of the major Coachella conversation pieces was the performances from Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga. In a set that ran for almost two hours, she proved to everyone the superstar and perfect celebrity that she is when she performed songs from her latest album, Mayhem. Despite having her “Abracadabra” performance interrupted due to a microphone not working, she apologized and owned the mishap by proving that she doesn’t lip-sync her live performances.
LISA

LISA made her solo Coachella debut, channeling her alter ego as a true performer with commanding stage presence and eye-popping visuals. Of course, no performance would be complete without the costume changes the BLACKPINK singer brought to the stage. One standout look was a custom 3D reptilian-inspired bodysuit designed by Asher Levine, which she wore in silver during weekend one and in red for weekend two.

Green Day had the time of their lives at Coachella 2025 when they brought the nostalgia to the thousands of attendees, playing their hits “American Idiot,” “Wake Me Up When September Ends,” and “21 Guns.” They rocked mostly black getups, the rock stars that they are. But the highlight of their stint was Tré Cool posing for a photo wearing an “Actual Headliner” stash, a playful response to Charli xcx’s “Miss Should Be Headliner” sash dress she wore during weekend one. Additionally, Billie Joe Armstrong wore a neon green Brat baseball cap, seemingly ending their “mini-feud” of sorts.
JENNIE

JENNIE brought the pretty-girl mantra when she performed at the Coachella stage. One of her costume changes featured a look from Mugler‘s Spring/Summer 1992 Cow Boys collection. Originally modeled by Czech model-actress Eva Herzigova, the ensemble was showcased by JENNIE with a custom motorcycle jacket and skirt. This outfit proved the “Mantra” singer can rock just about anything and deliver.
Benson Boone

One of the rising pop artists in the world today is one with high energy, front-flipping on stage. Benson Boone channeled his inner Freddie Mercury and introduced himself to the Coachella crowd with his breathtaking and high-octane performance. The “Beautiful Things” singer wore a custom Dolce & Gabbana band uniform-inspired look in red. Although he may be getting online hate as of late, it’s undeniable that he has the talent and the performer mindset to make the crowd all pumped up to watch him live.
Clairo

Clairo returned to Coachella, caught the crowd in her spell, taking them on a trip to a mellow and soothing time, performing songs from her Grammy-nominated third album Charm. The “Sexy to Someone” singer wore a vintage ’60s look that complemented the overall vibe and atmosphere of her set. With her type of music best listened to in your bedroom to chill and feel all the emotions, Clairo is no stranger to owning the stage with her vocals.
Djo

Djo, also known as Joe Keery, was all basic being basic with his stylistic choice for weekend two. The Stranger Things star rocked a beige blazer and jeans. Beyond playing everyone’s favorite babysitter in the hit Netflix series, Keery’s music venture is no fluke. Additionally, his latest album, The Crux, proves to be an evolution in terms of songwriting and production, alluding to a promising music career moving forward.
Tyla

Tyla made waves on X when she denied everyone’s claims of her weekend two look being a homage to Britney Spears’ 2001 VMAs “I’m a Slave 4 U” performance. The uncanny ensemble the singer wore a vintage green bra from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring/Summer 2001 collection, along with a a crystal bead-covered shorts. The “Water” hitmaker’s Coachella debut is nothing short of nostalgia and a testament to her status as one of the promising artists of the next generation.
Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran has always been plain and simple when it comes to the outfits he wears during his live performances. During Coachella weekend two, it was no different. He wore a plain white tee and green cargo pants with his signature acoustic guitar in hand. Despite being added as a replacement act for the artists who canceled their performances for the festival, perhaps his outfit was perfect for the situation. At the end of the day, you’re getting must-see performances such as the classic “Perfect” and his newest single, “Azizam.”
