Swifties are being treated once again — Taylor Swift has announced a six-part behind-the-scenes docuseries, The End of an Era, and a concert film, The Eras Tour | The Final Show, both premiering on Disney+ on December 12, 2025.

The singer-songwriter revealed the news on the October 13 episode of Good Morning America. The docuseries will premiere with two episodes on December 12, a day before the singer-songwriter’s birthday, followed by two additional episodes each on December 19 and 26.

Described as an “all-access pass,” The End of an Era chronicles the making and cultural impact of Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour. It will give fans “an intimate look at Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world,” according to a press release. The series will also feature friends, family, and performers during the shows — including Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch.

Meanwhile, The Final Show captures Swift’s last performance of the tour on December 8, 2024, at Vancouver’s BC Place Stadium. This film promises to include the full live rendition of her album The Tortured Poets Department, which wasn’t part of the prior concert film release.

The Eras Tour ran from March 2023 through December 2024 across five continents — becoming the highest-grossing tour in history, with over USD 2 billion in worldwide ticket sales. Additionally, the concert film, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, originally released in cinemas in October 2023, became the highest-grossing concert film of all time, earning USD 267 million during its theatrical run.

The “Taylor’s Version,” an extended cut featuring additional performances omitted from the original release, was later released on Disney+.
