After being named Favorite Asian Act at the 2024 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in July, SB19 finally received their trophy and were honored by getting slimed by Nickelodeon.

The Kings of P-pop took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone with a video message. “We just want to say that we are truly, truly grateful to be receiving this Favorite Asian Act 2024 award. This is such a huge recognition,” Pablo said.

Additionally, Stell expressed heartfelt appreciation to everyone who voted for them, while Felip dedicated the award to A’TIN around the world.

“We also want to thank, of course, Nickelodeon for this incredible award. Growing up, we watched the Kids’ Choice Awards, and now we are here,” Justin added.

Just before the group got slimed, Josh closed with a heartfelt message, saying,”To all the dreamers out there, keep pushing, keep believing. We hope our journey inspires you to never give up.”

SB19 bested fellow nominees ENHYPEN (South Korea), Iman Troye (Malaysia), NiziU (Japan), and Tiara Andini (Indonesia) to win the category.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, also known as the KCAs, is an annual ceremony produced by Nickelodeon. First held in 1987, it honors the year’s biggest achievements in film, television, music, and sports, as voted by viewers around the world. The event is known for its slime stunts involving the winners.
