Picture this: it’s late at night and you’re vibing to a new album from your favorite artist or band. No good music session is complete without a snack. If you’re craving both sisig and pizza, why not enjoy the best of both worlds?

Luckily, there’s a hot new pizza spot in the vibrant and community hub of Maginhawa Street in Quezon City. Born from the simple idea of fusing Neapolitan-style pizza with bold Filipino flavors, the family-run Neo Pizzeria is serving up its own take on the sisig pizza, the Sisig Fiore, available starting July 22.

For young entrepreneur Royce Tan and his family, sisig has always been a family favorite, from family celebrations to late-night hangouts. As the family business started making their own pizzas, including sisig to the menu was a no-brainer.

Described as “a sisig overload on a cheesy and charred foundation,” the Sisig Fiore features their homemade sisig meat mix topped with egg, chili, and chicharon — all melting together over a soft, charred crust for a bold, flavorful bite. In a taste that is both familiar and new, the Sisig Fiore brings a bold Filipino twist to traditional Neapolitan-style pizza.

Aside from this new flavor, Neo Pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas. Highlights include MTB, their take on the Margherita-style classic, as well as Pepperoni, Crimson Orchard — a cured meat pizza with a hint of apple, Spicy Roman — a bold and savory meat option, Manilizza Supremo — an adobo-inspired supreme, Five Cheese, Truffle Bliss — their signature truffle pizza, and Rogue Muse—a creamy pistachio-based creation topped with cold cuts and burrata.

Beyond the usual pizza-making, these are crafted with 48-hour fermented dough and baked in a brick oven to ensure a crust that’s flavorful, light, and satisfyingly crisp.

Prices range from PHP 280 to PHP 540 for their 8-inch pizzas, and from PHP 450 to PHP 880 for their 12-inch pizzas.

In addition to their current pizza lineup, Neo Pizzeria will be adding pasta dishes to their menu in the coming months.

You can get your hands on the Sisig Fiore and all of their flavorful artisanal pizzas — available for dine-in or for delivery via GrabFood, and orders through Facebook or Instagram.
