Kyler of HORI7ON is making his acting debut.

On June 11, veteran South Korean singer Lee Seung-Chul will release his latest single entitled “It’s Rainy Day,” marking his first release in three years. It is set to be the lead-up to his 13th full-length album, as well as a special release for his 40th anniversary this 2025.

The single’s accompanying music video will star Kyler, vocalist of South Korea-based, all-Filipino boy group HORI7ON. Starring alongside him is YG Entertainment actress Kal So-Won, best known for her leading role as Lee Ye-Sung in the hit 2013 film Miracle in Cell No. 7. The video was first teased on June 7, featuring scenes of the duo biking in the rain and listening to music on a bus in the countryside. It will premiere on June 11, 5 PM PHT via Youtube.

Recently, Billboard Philippines sat down to catch up with Kyler and the rest of HORI7ON for an interview. They shared details about their experience performing and promoting themselves as an all-Filipino group in South Korea. “I don’t think there are other groups who are doing Filipino, Tagalog songs in a Korean company,” stated HORI7ON’s leader Vinci. “I’m still honored that we get to do that and [that] our company lets us still use our mother tongue in the songs we release. Hopefully, it continues to be like that. Our Filipino fans appreciate it and our Korean… all our fans over the world, they get to know the Filipino language in that sense.”

Meanwhile, the septet released their latest single “DAYTOUR” last March 2, featuring the hit track “LUCKY.”
