Last Friday (September 19, 2025), Billboard Philippines X, the brand’s curated event that brings together music, culture, and community, made its highly anticipated return with Cosmos. Coming a month after the successful Midnight Tunes, the event was designed to showcase the bold spirit of Filipino music and to remind attendees to live fully in the moment, whenever and wherever. This edition of Billboard Philippines X, held with ZYN, offered a fresh perspective on how to experience music without missing a single beat.
The evening was a celebration of rhythm and connection, shining a spotlight on some of the most exciting acts in P-Pop today, including KAIA, Alamat, and G22. With dynamic performances from these rising girl groups and chart-topping boy groups, the event proved that the Filipino music scene is more powerful than ever. Attendees were invited to become part of a community at the center of this expanding universe of sound and culture.
A Cosmic Return for Billboard Philippines X

The evening officially began with opening remarks from Anne Bernisca, Publisher of Billboard Philippines, who underscored the night’s purpose. For her, Cosmos was an affirmation of how music connects people. “At Billboard Philippines, we believe music is more than sound. It moves us, lifts us, and creates moments that feel larger than life (sometimes even cosmic),” she shared, adding that the event was designed as a space where “sound, style, and community come together in one space.”
That same sentiment was echoed by Donica Pile, Brand Manager of ZYN, who emphasized the evolving force of Filipino music and its ability to create shared experiences. Calling it “fearless” and “fresh,” she noted how the scene continues to expand its gravity. For her, moments like these reflect the very essence of ZYN: “No smoke, no stepping out, no missing a beat. A hassle-free alternative that moves with you, whenever, wherever.”
A Showcase of P-Pop’s Rising and Redefining Acts

The first performance came from KAIA, one of Billboard Philippines’ P-pop Rising acts, who brought their signature charisma and stage presence in a high-energy set that reaffirmed their growing international reach. From anthems like “Tanga” and “Dalawa” to their recent appearances at ASEAN music festivals, the group continues to position themselves as powerful representatives of P-pop on the global stage.
Alamat followed with a set that highlighted their distinct blend of pop, indigenous instruments, and multilingual lyricism, once again proving why they’re redefining the sound and identity of modern Filipino music. Closing out the evening was G22, whose unapologetic energy and empowering tracks like “Filipina Queen” and “Bang” cemented their reputation as one of the most exciting girl groups to watch
Finding the Moment

By the night’s end, Cosmos proved that Billboard Philippines X is more than a concert series. It is a platform where music, culture, and community converge. The event affirmed the power of live performance to shape collective memory and to give fans the chance to find their moment, whenever and wherever music takes them.
Billboard Philippines X and ZYN remain committed to building stages that elevate Filipino artistry and secure its place at the center of global conversation. Follow Billboard Philippines for updates on upcoming editions as we continue to spotlight the sound and spirit of OPM.
