AJAA are bringing a fresh dose of youthful P-pop energy to Philippine Selection Night 2026 with their official entry, “Make It Exist.”
Released on August 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM, the track dropped alongside the 9 other competing entries for the country’s national selection for the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia. ABS-CBN first announced the participating Filipino acts on August 11, 2026 through social media, with a media conference held earlier on release day.
Composed by Angelo Calucin and arranged by Justine Catalan, with production by Gabriel Tagadtad, “Make It Exist” leans into a funky, upbeat sound while delivering an encouraging message about creativity and the power of music. Its lyrics, “We need this music right now / Hit the music / Feel the music ’coz we need this music now,” capture the rush of being moved by a great beat and the positive effect music can have.
More than a feel-good dance track, the song introduces AJAA’s own brand of sound while encouraging listeners to continue to create and make their ideas real. The message arrives as a reminder for our country known for its vibrant community of artists and creatives.
AJAA join fellow P-pop acts VVINK, DNA, and WRIVE in the running to represent the Philippines, alongside SAGA, Elha Nympha, Esang de Torres, Lance Reblando, Nar Cabico, Jason Dy, Sassa Dagdag, Ryssi Avila, JM Dela Cerna, Marielle Montellano, KHIMO, and Carmelle.
