P-pop continues to make its mark in the local music industry as AJAA, VVINK, DNA, and WRIVE join the lineup of artists bringing songs to life in the Philippine Selection Night 2026, the country’s national selection for Eurovision Song Contest Asia.

ABS-CBN announced the participating Filipino acts on August 11, 2026 through its social media. The official song entries are set to be released on August 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM PHT, ahead of the Finals Night on August 30, 2026, where the Philippines’ official entry for the music competition will be determined.

Among the P-pop acts in the running are AJAA, whose entry, “Make It Exist,” was composed by Angelo Calucin and produced by Gabriel Tagadtad. VVINK will compete with “Round N’ Round,” in collaboration with WRIVE’s Russu. The song was composed by Julius James De Belen and Michael Conchada and produced by Bojam.

Meanwhile, DNA will submit their entry, “Between Bituin,” composed and produced by Jungee Marcelo with Thyro Alfaro credited as a producer, for the opportunity to represent the country on the Asian stage.
