The 68th Grammy Awards are upon us, and beyond honoring and celebrating music excellence, the night wouldn’t be complete without the must-see musical performances from the likes of Sabrina Carpenter, KATSEYE, and Olivia Dean among others, taking over the stage.
Carpenter is returning to the Grammys stage for the second time in a row. In 2025, she performed a mashup of two of her biggest tracks from her sixth studio album, Short ‘n Sweet — “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.” Her performance for this year is still unknown.
She is also nominated for the ceremony’s biggest categories, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Man’s Best Friend, while the album’s lead single “Manchild” received nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Music Video.
Meanwhile, the Best New Artist category is undoubtedly stacked. KATSEYE and Olivia Dean are joined by fellow nominees Addison Rae, sombr, Alex Warren, Leon Thomas, The Marías, and Lola Young, who will be performing a Best New Artist Medley.
KATSEYE’s “Gabriela” is nominated Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, competing against “Defying Gravity” by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, “Golden” by HUNTR/X (Ejae, Audrey Nuna & Rei Ami) from KPop Demon Hunters, “APT.” by ROSE and Bruno Mars, and “30 for 30” by SZA featuring Kendrick Lamar.
Multi-hyphenate musician-producer Leon Thomas, who also starred as Andre Harris in the Nickelodeon series Victorious, earned five nominations. His sophomore album MUTT is up for Album of the Year and Best R&B Album, “Mutt (Live from NPR’s Tiny Desk)” for Best R&B Performance, “Vibes Don’t Lie” for Best Traditional R&B Performance, and “Yes It Is” for Best R&B Song.
Lastly, Lola Young is also competing with Carpenter in the Best Pop Solo Performance category with her hit “Messy.” Other nominees include “Daisies” by Justin Bieber, “Disease” by Lady Gaga, and “The Subway” by Chappell Roan.
The awards ceremony will happen on February 2, 2026 (PH Time).
