Dia Maté has just released a special single to ring in the festive season with “This Christmas (Ho Ho Ho).”

Unlike most traditional Christmas carols, the beauty queen-turned-pop star’s latest track is an upbeat collaboration with the renowned comedy icon Rufa Mae Quinto, making their own cheeky holiday hit with a whole lot of ho-ho-humor. According to an official press release, the new single was made to “offer listeners a mischievous holiday story with hot girl beats, flirty energy, and festive camp,” while still showcasing their signature artistic personas.

“I had so much fun creating this Christmas track, and having Ate P-Chi (Quinto) on it was a dream. She brought so much personality and humor into the song –– sobrang saya ng collaboration namin (this was such a fun collaboration for us both),” said Maté regarding the track. Quinto added, “The moment I heard the track, I knew it was something fresh, funny, and very festive, triple-F ng pasko (for Christmas), F-F Hooray for Christmas Day. Perfect for everyone who wants to celebrate the holidays with a little spice, a little nice, and a lot of ho-ho-ho!”

Together with the song’s release on digital and streaming platforms, an accompanying visualizer featuring the two was also released on Maté’s YouTube channel. Check it out in its entirety below:

“This Christmas (Ho Ho Ho)” marks Maté’s fifth release under Radical, following her string of singles from earlier this year, including “Ganda Gandahan,” “Ako Lang,” “Ikaw Ang Pinili Ko,” and “Ina,” which featured Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. Also this 2025, the beauty queen was crowned as Reina Hispanoamericana 2025, making history as the second titleholder for the Philippines. “I did not expect to win, but I gave it all to God. I told myself, if I’m meant to win, it’s my destiny — and it was my destiny,” Maté shared in an interview just after her coronation.
