Vince, formerly known by his real name Joe Rhee, is credited for his production and songwriting work for artists like G-DRAGON, TAEYANG, Sunmi, iKON, and WINNER, as well as the likes of THE BLACK LABEL’s Jeon Somi, MEOVV, and the newly debuted ALLDAY PROJECT in more recent years. As an artist himself, he made his debut as Vince six years ago, releasing the song “MENNAL” with fellow rapper-singer Okasian on October 2, 2019 via THE BLACK LABEL.

“CHA CHA CHA” serves as Vince’s first release in nearly two years, following his debut EP The Drive. It was released on November 17, 2023, containing the aforementioned “MENNAL,” “Emergency” featuring hip-hop and R&B hitmaker Zion.T, and more.

Specifically, he served as the co-songwriter for Saja Boys’ — the fictional boy group in the movie — hit songs “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol.” As of the week of August 2, 2025, both tracks hold high positions within the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, with “Soda Pop” at No. 9 and “Your Idol” at No. 18.
