Apple TV+ has finally released the official trailer for KPOPPED, the long-awaited eight-part music competition series, which is set to premiere globally on August 29, 2025 (Friday).

Created in collaboration with executive producers Lionel Richie and CJ ENM vice chair Miky Lee, KPOPPED features global K-pop star PSY and Grammy-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion, and brings together major Western music artists and top K-pop groups for a series of high-energy song battles. Each episode pairs one or more Western artists with a K-pop group to remix and perform one of their hit songs in front of a live audience in Seoul, while the audience then votes for the standout performance of the night.

Hosted by actor and comedian Soojeong Son (Servant, Search Party), the series features well-known acts from both the K-pop and Western pop music scenes. Participating K-pop artists include Billlie, ITZY, Kep1er, JO1, ATEEZ, STAYC, Kiss of Life, and BLACKSWAN, while the Western artists include Megan Thee Stallion, Patti LaBelle, Spice Girls’ Mel B and Emma Bunton, Vanilla Ice, Taylor Dayne, Kesha, Eve, J Balvin, Kylie Minogue, TLC, Boy George, Jess Glynne, Ava Max, and Boyz II Men for one massive star-studded lineup.
