John Barry‘s score of Goldfinger, regarded as one of the best James Bond films and film scores in the franchise, gets a vinyl reissue from La-La Land Records, set to be released on June 1.
The remastered version of the soundtrack will restore the album’s correct track listing for the very first time, as past US and international releases featured entirely different track listings.
Barry, who composed the scores for eleven Bond films between 1963 and 1987, have had his scores reissued by the music label on CD last year, which included the deluxe editions of Goldfinger, The Man With the Golden Gun, and Moonraker.
According to Variety, the record will be issued in two vinyl colorways: Fort Knox Bullion, limited to 700 units, and Body Paint Gold, limited to 300 units.

La-La Land have released remastered versions of film and television scores for over two decades since 2002. They plan to release a Bond soundtrack on vinyl every three months and CD reissues released in between. Next in line are the double-LP reissues of the film scores for Moonraker and The Man with the Golden Gun, along with a remastered CD version for On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
Released in 1964, Goldfinger is the third film in the series and stars Sean Connery as Agent 007. In the film, Bond must stop Auric Goldfinger, a wealthy businessman who is suspected of illegal gold dealings, before he contaminates the gold reserve at Fort Knox, United States and threatens the world’s economy.
