Naniwa Danshi are back with new music.

On July 22, the J-pop boy group released their seventh single “Koisuru Hikari” (“Light of Love”). Described as “upbeat and bubbling with catchy energy,” the new track will serve as the theme song to live-action film adaptation of the popular manga series Koi Wo Shiranai Bokutachi Wa (We Don’t Know Love Yet). Set to premiere this August 23, the film stars Naniwa Danshi member Ryusei Onishi alongside, Airu Kubozuka, Nagisa Saito, Riko, Soya Igari, and Sara Shida in the lead roles. This August 28, physical copies of the single will also be released, available in three different versions that feature such exclusive content as bonus tracks and behind-the-scenes videos.

Formed on October 6, 2018, Naniwa Danshi is composed of Onishi, Joichiro Fujiwara, Daigo Nishihata, Kazuya Ohashi, Kyohei Takahashi, Shunsuke Michieda, and Kento Nagao. They made their official debut with the release of the single “Ubu Love” on November 12, 2021.
