KZ Tandingan is the Rule Breaker Awardee at Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026, held on March 24, 2026, at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater, BGC Arts Center.

In an interview with Billboard Philippines, the Asia’s Soul Supreme talked about being overwhelmed and grateful about being honored with the Rule Breaker Award, saying, “I feel really grateful. Actually overwhelmed with emotions, but I am really, top of my head, talagang I’m just really grateful.”

“Yun ang nga sabi ko kanina sa speech ko, I never thought I’d be recognized for being myself. I hope mas madami pang mga (more) young artists ang ma-inspire (will be inspired) to just be themselves,” she adds.

To the young dreamers, to the young girls who are dreaming to just be anybody they want to be in the future, yun, don’t allow yourself to be put in a box. Great things happen outside of that box. So, ayun, just be yourself. Step out of your comfort zone always, and never give up on your dreams,” she concluded.
