G22 have been honored as this year’s Rising Stars at Billboard Philippines Women In Music 2026.

Presented by the “Paraluman” hitmaker and singer-songwriter, Adie, the honor was given to P-pop’s Female Alphas, who continue to deliver hard-hitting performances every time they step on stage, proving that they are a force to be reckoned with in the local music scene.

“First of all, we’d like to thank Billboard [Philippines] for having us and for this recognition, isa pong karangalan (it is an honor). And we will use this as a motivation to keep on going with a purpose,” leader AJ says.

“We’re really speechless. But I’d like to say, we and the women before us, the women watching, and everyone in this room, we were once little girls with big dreams, and events like this, people like this, and celebrations like this are a testimony that dreams come true. They’re slowly coming true. Malayo pa, but thank you so much for this,” Jaz adds.

To conclude their acceptance speech, Alfea adds, “At maraming maraming salamat din po sa aming mga mahal namin sa buhaysa aming Bullets, and also sa lahat ng sumusuporta po sa musikang Pilipino, OPM, and sa amin po.”

(And many, many thanks to our loved ones, to our Bullets, and also to everyone who supports Filipino music, OPM, and us.)
