Yesterday (November 27, 2025), up-and-coming local rapper Young Cocoa (also known as Elyon Barrera) announced he would soon debut his first-ever EP titled Still Cocoa. Featuring three pre-released singles and three all-new tracks, the extended play is scheduled for release on December 3, 2025. Pre-save the upcoming record on all streaming platforms here.
While additional details about the upcoming record have yet to be fully revealed, the teaser image he posted announcing the EP shows the artist climbing a ladder up the sky. Meanwhile, on the cover art of the EP, Barrera is depicted dramatically falling off the same ladder.

The extended play is set to follow the artist’s debut album entitled liv, luvv, cocoa, which was released in 2024.
In an exclusive interview previously conducted by Billboard Philippines about his collaborative piece with DEMI, “Cheap Thrills,” Barrera shares the philosophy behind his art: “If there’s anything that I know about myself and my artistry is like, I don’t think I’ll ever stop experimenting, and this is just part of it.” He adds. “I’m continuing to learn a lot, you know, that’s what matters to me.”
