For their latest single, YARA and Nateman have joined forces for an exciting version of the Y2K-inspired “Sabi Ko Na.” Written by the renowned JRoa and produced by Yung Bawal, this new mix brings a different energy to the original composition, as Nateman’s bars add a fresh and playful momentum.

In an official press statement shared to Billboard Philippines, the four-piece shared their sentiments working with Nateman, “Nateman came in hard with his straightforward bars and a laid-back yet intense delivery. His flow was sharp, and his confidence really came through. He added this gritty, street-smart flavor that made the track different. It wasn’t just a remix anymore; it had a whole new personality. He was the perfect guy to represent the flip side of the story.”

When speaking about the new energy of “Sabi Ko Na (Remix),” the group expounded, “In a world where people can easily curate how they appear, we felt it was important to show both sides. The remix isn’t just a one-sided callout anymore, it becomes a conversation about doubt, perception, and how hard it can be to really know someone. That complexity is what makes the message hit deeper.”

Composed of members Gelou, Rocher, Christa, and Kim, YARA made their debut on March 10, 2023 with the track “ADDA.” Since then, the four-member act have been making waves in the Philippine music industry with their distinct sonic colors and powerful energy.
