This March, genre-breaking Korean singer-songwriter WOODZ, also known as Cho Seung-youn, will be coming out with his first-ever full-length album titled Archive. 1. The record is set for release on March 4, 2026, at 6 PM KST, and its first pre-release single will be coming out on February 12, also at 6 PM KST.
As of right now, the complete track list for the album has yet to be announced (watch this space for updates), but the artist has been periodically uploading highlight medleys on his official Instagram account.
As mentioned prior, this would be WOODZ’s first full-length solo album to date. Before this full-bodied feature, the artist came out with five EPs, the most recent being his 2023 record OO-LI.
Cho Seung-youn first broke into the industry as the main rapper of the South Korean-Chinese boy band UNIQ, which was formed by Yuehua Entertainment in 2014, before ultimately going on an indefinite hiatus since 2018. In 2019, the award-winning artist-producer joined the South Korean survival show Produce X 101, where he landed the 5th place position at the end of the season. With that, he joined the show’s project boy group X1, which disbanded on January 6, 2020. Since then, the artist has been releasing his solo music under the moniker WOODZ.
