Today (March 14), VXON have returned, this time with their latest single entitled “TABI TABI.” In addition, the “Monsters of P-pop” shall release a full performance video for this single later tonight at 6PM, and previews of this exciting visualizer are posted on their official social media platforms.
The song itself explores a fresh rock-like sound that serves as an angsty breakup anthem. Calling back to their roots as a P-pop group that incorporates cultural beats and themes into their music, the “SSP” hitmakers play on themes surrounding the Filipino folklore of the duwende, where the chorus repeats, “Tabi tabi po.“
The group’s most recent musical drop prior to this fresh single release was their fantastical rock-pop anthem, “Agila,” which was released in January of this year.
