Makati’s Sari Sari will host Uragon Night 5: Taróg, a special event featuring Bicolano talents on November 17 at 7 PM.
It will be headlined by veteran rock band The Jerks, whose legendary frontman Chickoy Pura is a proud Sorsogueño.
Meanwhile, the lineup of performers includes Legaspi’s FERVIDS and Atman Remorese, Naga’s Shiina.wav, Sorsogon’s Cream Flower, Manila and Naga’s Fidel De Jesus, as well as the Mukna Collective. The event will follow up with an afterparty DJ set by funkykarma.
Standup comics Joey Valdez and Ricki, who are part of a production team holding open mics and comedy shows throughout Metro Manila, are set to host the evening. MNR MJRTY bassist Toni Avila will also showcase his surrealist artwork decorating the event.

Tickets are available at a pre-sale price of P400 as well as on a walk-in basis for P500.
There will be giveaways during Uragon Night 5, including a raffle of big prizes such as a brand new Washburn acoustic guitar and Roland headphones. To qualify, attendees simply need to purchase a ticket and watch the show.
Singer-songwriter dwta, who is also an Uragon Night alumnus, invited others to attend the live performance series. “Last time nakapag-perform na rin ako sa Uragon Night 4 at sobrang solid ng experience ko dito. Siyempre nakakatuwa din dahil maraming Bicolano artists ang nabigyan ng pagkakataon na makapag-perform at marinig ang kanilang mga kanta sa Metro,” the Bicol-born artist said in a video.
Aside from dwta, the preceding edition of Uragon Night included the likes of Plagpul, The Ericsons, Mei Teves, The Chopping Board, Amygddala, Kunyan, Save The Youth, and headlining band, Cheats.
