Tyler, The Creator Premieres Music Video For “Darling, I” Starring Ayo Edebiri, Willow Smith, And More

Last night (August 20, 2025) as a surprise drop, Tyler, The Creator revisited CHROMAKOPIA by premiering an all-new music video for his alternative rap track “Darling, I.”

On track with the song’s themes of being a hopeless romantic, the visualizer follows Tyler Okonma as he falls head over heels and gives his heart (literally) to Ayo Edebiri, Willow Smith, and Nia Long. As the sole artist feature within the track, Teezo Touchdown also makes a cameo in the music video. Lastly, it has been noted that the video was directed by Okonma himself.

This follows the release of Tyler’s latest album, DON’T TAP THE GLASS, on July 21, 2025. In spite of the ten-track feature being a surprise release, the record quickly rose in popularity and made its rounds on the Internet due to its lush and innovative production. Notably, the album contains the collaborative work of prolific artists like Pharrell Williams, Yebba, and more.
