Tyla sets off the most anticipated pop crossover of the year with the announcement of her new single “SHE DID IT AGAIN,” featuring Zara Larsson.
The South African singer-songwriter has revealed her alliance with the Swedish pop star through social media, posting the cover art of their collaborative track. The images show the two personalities splayed out on the sand, offering a glimpse into their song’s concept as the perfect summer anthem.
Tyla previously teased the mystery collaborator on her upcoming release with an Instagram post captioned with “SHE DID IT AGAIN feat……..? Wrong guesses only.” The Amapiano star shared behind-the-scene clips of a music video set alongside photos of herself beside the featured artist’s figure cut-out, prompting guesses from fans. They instantly recognize the surprise feature as the “Lush Life” hitmaker, based on the hair and posture from the shared photos. Fans also connected the dots after the two’s recent hangouts and coinciding posts set in Florida.
Releasing on April 17 as part of her forthcoming sophomore album, A-Pop, the track follows Tyla’s multiple nominations at the 2026 American Music Awards. She is consistently on an upward momentum, releasing hit after hit since her 2023 breakout single, “Water.”
Tyla is nominated for Best Afrobeats Artist and Best Female R&B Artist at the AMAs. Her latest release, “Chanel,” also received nominations for Social Song of the Year and Best Music Video.
