TWICE have teamed up with members of Japanese rock veterans ONE OK ROCK for a new song.

On July 24, 2025 (Thursday), K-pop icons TWICE unveiled the track list of their sixth Japanese studio album, entitled ENEMY, which is set to come out on August 27, 2025. Among the credited composers and contributors, significant participation comes in the form of ONE OK ROCK vocalist Taka and guitarist Toru, who are both recognized for having composed the forthcoming record’s closing track “Like 1.” In addition to this, TWICE leader Jihyo is also credited for having contributed to the song’s lyrics.

On August 20, 2025 (Wednesday), ahead of the release of ENEMY, TWICE released “Like 1,” alongside an accompanying animation movie which you can watch below:

Notably, both Taka and Toru have been known to produce and write songs for other artists, with this one notably being Toru’s first time composing a song for a K-pop act. In Taka’s case, he is credited with his role in either composing or producing Korean pop rock band F.T. Island’s “Primavera” and “My Birthday,” Japanese hitmaker Aimer’s “Higher ground” and “Stars in the rain,” and, most recently, BTS member Jin’s “Falling.” Meanwhile, Toru has produced a number of songs for Billboard Japan-chart-topping singer-songwriter Milet, as well as Okinawa-born singer-songwriter YU-KA.
