The 11th Wish Music Awards (WMAs) will happen on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, featuring performances from this year’s lineup of artists.
The WMAs recognize the outstanding achievements in the wider realm of OPM. But beyond this, the awards ceremony continues Wish 107.5’s commitment to giving Filipino artists the grand live stage they deserve.
This year’s edition will feature exciting live performances from a slew of talented OPM artists across different genres. Just before he takes over Araneta Coliseum once more — this time with wife, Asia’s Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan — at the Araneta Coliseum for the ‘In Between‘ shows, “Palagi” hitmaker TJ Monterde returns to the WMAs stage. He is also up for multiple nominations, including Wish Artist of the Year.
IV OF SPADES made a strong comeback with their sophomore album Andalucia and two sold-out shows at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, and they are now making their debut at the WMAs. In September 2025, the band performed their comeback single “Aura” live for an ecstatic crowd on Wish 107.5 Stopover Sessions, which is also nominated for Wish Rock/Alternative Song of the Year.
Meanwhile, the Female Alphas G22 are set to light up the WMAs stage even brighter following the release of their first-ever studio album, The Dissection of Eve. They are also in the running for Wishclusive Pop Performance of the Year with their performance of “Filipina Queen.”
A legend in the Pinoy hip-hop scene, Loonie has been showcasing his musicality through collaborations with R&B balladeer Frizzle Anne, with their collab “May Nanalo Na” up for Wishclusive Collaboration of the Year.
Meanwhile, one of OPM’s leading R&B crooners, Arthur Nery, is set to swoon the WMAs crowd with his signature sound. Fellow R&B and soul hitmaker Earl Agustin and indie-folk singer-songwriter Amiel Sol are also gearing up for performances that will prove their music is best experienced live.
Furthermore, Over October had a stellar 2025, highlighted by the release of singles like “Bitin,” which is nominated for Rock/Alternative Song of the Year, and will make their WMAs debut.
fitterkarma also had a monumental 2025 with their hit “Pag-Ibig ay Kanibalismo II,” earning widespread love from fans and new listeners thanks to social media. The art rock/indie band started 2026 with a bang with the said track shooting up to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100 chart, and will also make their debut at the awards ceremony.
Hosted by Christian Bautista and Karylle, the 11th Wish Music Awards will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and will be livestreamed on Wish 107.5’s official YouTube and TikTok accounts.
For the 11th WMAs, over 80 artists and bands are competing across 19 major categories. Winners in each category will be determined through a combined voting system consisting of 75% judges’ votes and 25% public votes.
As in previous editions, winners of the major categories will receive PHP 25,000, while PHP 100,000 will be donated to beneficiaries. Additionally, the Wishers’ Choice Award will be given to the nominee who earns the highest number of votes across all categories.
