The Itchyworms To Hold Dubai And Abu Dhabi Shows In January 2026
As part of the Filipino rock icons’ ongoing ‘Akin Ka Na Lang’ tour, the two shows will be the band’s first time performing in the United Arab Emirates since 2014.

The Itchyworms are finally returning to Dubai and Abu Dhabi early next year.
The Filipino rock veterans announced that they are set to bring their ongoing ‘Akin Ka Na Lang’ world tour to the two cities in the United Arab Emirates in January 2026. Notably, the two upcoming shows will be their first time performing in the Middle East in over 10 years, with their previous show in the UAE being held way back in 2014.
“Our first-ever out of the country tour was in Dubai and Abu Dhabi way back in 2007,” shares the band in a press statement, looking back on their first time performing in the country and noting how their return “feels very special.” “We’ve been back a few times since, but our last UAE show was in 2014. We are so excited to fly back and perform for our kababayan out there!”
“Our out-of-country sets are highly interactive,” continues the band. “Sometimes, we end up playing for 2.5 or even 3 hours. We always make it a point to bring back our kababayan to the Philippines, even for just a short time.”
The Dubai show of the tour is set to happen on January 17, 2025 (Saturday) at the Pakistan Auditorium in Oud Metha. Early bird tickets to this show are priced at AED 130 (General Admission – Floor Standing) and AED 235 (VIP – Floor Standing), while regular pricing will be at AED 175 (General Admission) and AED 280 (VIP). For this show, VIP tickets will each come with early check-In and priority entry to the venue, access to a soundcheck experience, a meet-and-greet session with the band, a photo opportunity with the band, an exclusive VIP lanyard, and a free official merchandise item.
Meanwhile, the Abu Dhabi show will be held on January 18, 2025 (Sunday) at New Bar Arkadia in Al Zahiyah. Early bird tickets to this show are priced at AED 140 (General Admission – Balcony) and AED 255 (VIP – Floor Standing), while regular pricing will be at AED 150 (General Admission) and AED 295 (VIP).
