Talata Release New Single “Anghel,” Announce Debut Album ‘Sa Kabila Ng Lahat’
The new song is the Filipino rock band’s first release after going on hiatus two years ago, following their previous single “Hindi Mo Kaya,” which came out on June 9, 2023.

Talata have finally returned with a new single, entitled “Anghel.”
In a press statement, the new song from the Filipino rock band is said to convey “the fury of someone deceived by a partner who initially made a kind and charming impression,” but is actually “an egotistical person who turned into a tormentor unleashing a nightmare of abuse on the person they once cherished.”
At the time of single’s announced release date of November 22, 2025 (Saturday), “Anghel” is only available to stream through its official music video, directed by Niko Cezar and Aimee Aznar of KNYA Collective, on Talata’s YouTube channel. Watch it below:
“Anghel” is Talata’s first release since their planned hiatus in 2023. It follows their previous single “Hindi Mo Kaya,” which came out on June 9, 2023. Notably, “Anghel” is also Talata’s first single off their upcoming debut album, entitled Sa Kabila Ng Lahat, which is expected to come out in 2026.
Formed in 2007 and known for their melodic hard rock sound, Talata is composed of Reyg Linao on vocals, James Roy Linao and Jomal Linao on guitars, Anton Lanario on bass, Dacky Clamor on drums, and Tim Gonzalez on synthesizers and samples. The band released their self-titled debut EP in 2015, followed by a number of singles over the years such as “Burning,” “Confession,” “Panaghoy,” and more.
