There’s a new generation of P-pop acts coming in, and Sony Music Philippines has announced the upcoming debut of three new groups — Davao-hailing girl groups HARA and Daelux and boy group Ayo.

While official details about the new groups have yet to be released, Sony Music Philippines shared in an exclusive statement to Billboard Philippines that the groups will be releasing their first single in 2026. Watch this space for updates.

As of right now (December 11, 2025), the official lineups for these groups have been revealed. HARA will be represented by six members, namely: Yani, Blythz, Ai, Ckhy, Lory, and Tashi. Meanwhile, Tabel, Zyra, Ara, Slane, Alice, Shami, and Rhya will represent Daelux. On the other hand, Ayo will be composed of seven members: Patrick, Enzo, Justin, TJ, GV, Renzo, and Zack. Both groups have also kicked off promotions on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and the like.

HARA’s group name derives from the term “Raja,” which is a term used to refer to Filipino royalty. Similarly, AYO was derived from the Bisaya term “Maayo,” which translates to “mahusay” (great) in Tagalog. Lastly, Daelux is a combination of words — “Dae,” slang for inday, which is a term of endearment for girls in Bisaya, and “Lux,” which is a Latin word for light.

Home to an impressive roster of Filipino artists and hitmakers, Sony Music Philippines currently holds a number of active idol groups such as SB19, YARA, and KAIA.
