After much waiting and anticipation, SHINee’s powerful and charismatic MINHO is set to make his comeback with his first-ever single album titled TEMPO. Scheduled to come out on December 15 (Monday) at 6 PM KST (5 PM PHT), the single album will contain two tracks, including its title track and a song named “You’re Right.” Pre-order your copy of the single album — including merchandise like photocards, prints, and the like — here.
This follows the recent release of SHINee’s tribute single album Poet | Artist. Released on the group’s seventeenth anniversary, the songs “Poet | Artist” and “Starlight” that were previously debuted under the late Jonghyun’s renowned 2018 album of the same title were repackaged, now with the creative contributions of members Key, MINHO, Taemin, and Onew. Nevertheless, to preserve the fullness of the work, the group retained Jonghyun’s voice in the piece.
Choi Minho made his debut as a solo artist on December 21, 2021, with the track “Heartbreak.” Since then, the artist has released a number of individual works — the most recent being his debut album CALL BACK, which was dropped on November 4, 2024.
