Today (June 26, 2025), it was announced that the Kings of P-pop SB19 are set to join forces with hit-making Indonesian singer-songwriter, Aruma, for the Indonesian version of their beloved ballad/pop hit, “MAPA.” The song is slated to come out this Friday (June 27, 2025), and can be pre-saved on Spotify and Apple Music here.

At this point of time, SB19 has been traveling for their Simula At Wakas World Tour, and are prepping to hold the Taipei leg for this tour on June 29, at Zepp New Taipei. Several shows for the tour have already been sold out, from locations across the United States to Canada. Additionally, this follows the official kick-off of the tour that happened in a two-day show at the Philippine Arena. In a review of the concert previously written by Billboard Philippines, it was noted that, “Few groups may be able to say that they’ve changed the course of an entire genre, but SB19’s Simula at Wakas kickoff show was a moving reminder of how one group’s vision, grit, and talent have continued to push P-pop onto the world stage.”

With many hits in her repertoire, Aruma is a rising pop/folk artist based in Indonesia. Growing a fanbase for her emotionally-charged and powerful songwriting, the artist released her debut album Berbunga on June 21, 2024. The 10-track record contains some of the singer-songwriter’s greatest hits like “Muak” and “Ekspektasi.”
