BTS‘ RM has just released his second full-length album Right Place, Wrong Person.
Described as an 11-track collection of songs that “captures some of the universal emotions that we all experience at some point in life, such as the feeling of being an outsider who doesn’t fit in”, the long-awaited follow-up to 2022’s critically and commercially acclaimed Indigo encompasses a total runtime of nearly thirty-five minutes in length. Aside from showcasing his solo sonic prowess, the record also features stellar guest appearances from modern hip-hop talents such as Little Simz and Moses Sumney.
Together with the record’s release, RM also dropped a highly creative and conceptual music video for the album’s second single, “LOST!” which was written and directed by Aube Perrie.
Prior to the release of the album, RM shared the record’s first single “Come back to me” which came with an accompanying music video directed by Lee Sung Jin –– and was announced alongside promotional material that looked similar to movie posters that featured the “Wild Flower” hitmaker himself.
Alongside the other members of BTS, RM is currently fulfilling his mandatory military service. He is expected to be discharged from his duties next year, on June 10, 2025.
