Rico Blanco is heading to Canada in a few months for a short tour of the country. First announced by organizers WAM Productions on July 12, 2025 (Saturday), the Filipino rock icon’s tour dates were later revealed on July 20, 2025 (Sunday), with Blanco set to perform in Edmonton, Winnipeg, Calgary, and Toronto across two weekends in October.

Notably, WAM Productions is also the organizing identity responsible for the Montreal and Toronto dates of Filipino rock band Urbandub’s 25th anniversary tour last June, as well as the Toronto leg of Filipino pop rock band Orange & Lemons’ 2025 US-Canada tour last May 30.

In other news, three of Rico Blanco’s songs are currently charting on the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, as of the week of July 19, 2025. Namely, these three tracks are “Your Universe,” “Balisong – Transformed,” and “You’ll Be Safe Here.” Meanwhile, it was recently announced that indie-funk hitmmakers IV Of Spades are now managed by Blanco’s very own music label and artist management company Balcony Entertainment.
