Greyhoundz’s Reg Rubio Announces Solo Debut Album With Single “505” Featuring Ron Henley – Listen

Greyhoundz‘ frontman Reg Rubio has just released a new musical offering, titled “505” featuring rapper Ron Henley, marking the lead single from his forthcoming debut solo album.
Though little to no details have been revealed regarding his solo record, the newly released track sees Rubio’s trademark intensity and artistic evolution blend with Henley’s rap prowess to deliver a powerful anthem of perseverance — one that channels raw emotion, energy, and motivation, transforming life’s obstacles into fuel for growth.
“‘505’ is about finding that spark of hope when life gets challenging. It’s about pushing through, keeping faith in yourself, and continuing the search for what truly matters,” said Rubio in an official press statement, then adding, “Much love and respect to my brothers in Greyhoundz — my solid support system since day one.”
Together with the release of the track on digital and streaming platforms, Rubio also released a special animated music video, which was executed by Joy and Rex Legason of Leg Animation. Check it out in its entirety below:
Celebrating the release of “505,” Rubio also partnered up with Tribal Gear to release a limited edition capsule collection of merchandise, comprising of a cap, a bucket hat, and a basketball jersey exclusively available in their stores.
In other related news, Greyhoundz most recently launched their own mobile app late in October, which includes a one-hour exclusive concert shot in 4K resolution, and their discography (as well as never-before-released tracks), all available via ad-free streaming that can be used any time, anywhere. The app also includes access to the official Greyhoundz Fan Club, wherein anyone can connect with other fans and get closer to the band than ever before. The app is priced at Php 300/ $5 via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
They are also set to release their self-titled album, Greyhoundz (2001), on vinyl for the first time ever with a special, limited edition version of the album in partnership with Eikon Records Philippines.
