WENDY of Red Velvet is officially heading on her first world tour. Dubbed ‘W:EALIVE,’ the global series of shows was announced by the “Like Water” hitmaker on August 21, 2025 (Thursday).
Commencing this September in Seoul, the world tour will also include dates in Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, San Francisco (California), Pasadena (California), Sugar Land (Texas), Chicago (Illinois), Brooklyn (New York), Washington D.C., Atlanta (Georgia), Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Macau, before officially closing off with a show in Manila.
The Manila stop of the tour is set to happen on January 17, 2026 (Saturday). The exact location and venue, as well as ticketing details, have yet to be announced. Watch this space for updates.
As part of Red Velvet, WENDY was previously in Manila last year for the group’s 10th anniversary fan concert tour, dubbed ‘HAPPINESS: My Dear, ReVe1uv.’ It was held on September 14, 2024 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Meanwhile, Wendy previously performed in Manila as a solo artist on December 31, 2023, when she was part of the lineup of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig’s 2023 New Year’s Eve celebrations. She notably shared the stage with fellow Red Velvet members IRENE and SEULGI, who performed as their duo sub-unit.

Wendy made her official debut as a solo artist on April 5, 2021 with the release of her debut mini-album Like Water. It was then followed more than three years later by her second mini-album Wish You Hell, which came out on March 12, 2024.
Meanwhile, alongside fellow Red Velvet member YERI WENDY announced her departure from Red Velvet’s label SM Entertainment on April 4, 2025. Despite this, the two will remain members of the girl group and will continue working with the entertainment agency for all of Red Velvet’s activities as a whole.
