Singer-songwriter and producer Raven has dropped the deluxe version of his latest album titled Kinulayan (Colored In).

In a press statement, the 21-year-old artist shared that the record “refers to someone whose dull, boring life brightened up after crossing paths with the person worth the risk in love.”

“The songs in the album reflect the different stages in a relationship,” Raven shares. “From catching feelings to wanting to spend the rest of your life with the other half, the record traces these developments from a romantic standpoint.”

The eight-track album includes previously release singles like “Biyahe” (Trip), “Pangako” (Promise) featuring singer-songwriter Angela Ken, “Sinta” (Love), “Sunday,” “May Sasabihin Lang” (Just Have Something To Say), and “Tayo Parin Talaga” (roughly translated as It’s Truly Just Us). In the deluxe version, there will be an addition of a new track titled “AOLID” featuring Kvrt and Nichimi.

The singer-songwriter explained that “AOLID” was inspired by his frequent misspelling of the word, “solid.” “It’s is my way of reclaiming the term in all its imperfect glory, while embracing the expression to lift others up and rise against the odds.”

Raven will also be holding a launch gig for the record on February 21 at Balcony Music House in Makati City. Registration for the event starts at 6:30PM. He will be joined by city pop band ALYSON, Maki, Nichimi, TALA, and weekends. Tickets will cost P350. Check out more details here.
