Today (September 12, 2025), Davao-hailing alternative hip-hop collective PLAYERTWO has released their fifth single of 2025, “Sabi Ko Sa’yo.” The track was produced by renowned R&B producer LUSTBASS, who is responsible for hits like Jason Dhakal’s cover of “Para Sa Akin,” Jess Connelly’s “Turn Me Down,” and more.

With a subtle vintage Manila sound touch, the new track samples Lani Misalucha’s early 2000s ballad, “Sana Dalawa Ang Puso Ko.” With this, the group creates a downbeat, R&B-flaired serenade with lyrics that promise to show up for a special someone.

As aforementioned, “Sabi Ko Sa’yo” is the collective’s fifth single of the year, following “Wait (Teka Lang),” their collaborative piece with Australian artist, CHISEKO, “On My Mind,” “Fresh,” and most recently, “U & I.” Furthermore, earlier this year, Ivo Impreso of PLAYERTWO recently joined forces with Leanne Mamonong of Leanne & Naara for her solo project barb. on the single, “Lederhosen.”
