This January 23, Filipino singer-songwriter Paolo Sandejas is set to release his latest single titled “Cold.” In the caption of his post announcing the new track, the artist described the song as “the first of the new era.” Furthermore, he revealed that he previously performed the song live during his appearance on Wish 107.5 radio station.
This follows the release of the singer-songwriter’s debut album, the world is so small (after all), in July 2025. In related news, Sandejas will soon host a show marking the one-year anniversary of the record’s release at Jess & Pat’s on January 9, with an opening set from fellow Pinoy singer-songwriter Chezka. Tickets for the intimate show are currently priced at Php. 500 and can be purchased through this link.
In the event description listed under the ticket selling, the independent pop artist wrote that audience members will also get “an exclusive sneak peek of album two,” hinting at the pending release of his sophomore album.
In an exclusive interview previously held by Billboard Philippines, Sandejas shared his insight on what his debut album conveys about him as an artist, “I think it hopefully conveys to people that I really put an emphasis on honest writing. I think that’s always been something that I’ve held close to myself. At the end of the day, I put a lot of time and effort to craft memorable lyrics and honest lyrics.”
