In recent years, P-pop has made way for breakthroughs and milestones both locally and internationally, and continues to grow to greater heights in the local music scene.
Celebrate Filipino pop culture, music, fandom, and creativity in full force, Billboard Philippines is part of it all. Happening on June 24, 2026 at SPACE at One Ayala in Makati City, P-POP UNITE: The Convention brings together fans, P-pop artists, record labels, sponsors, and industry leaders through interactive experiences, fan activities, industry-driven conversations, and live performances.
Amplifying one’s fandom like never before, attendees can look forward to interactive booths from sponsors and record labels, meet-and-greet opportunities with both established and rising P-pop stars, insightful talks with music and entertainment industry leaders, and other exclusive activities happening throughout the day.
Here’s how to join this much-awaited event:
1. Eligibility
P-POP UNITE: The Convention is open to Billboard Philippines readers and P-pop fans who wish to attend the convention. Registration is free of charge.
2. Registration Process
Interested participants must fill out the official online registration form (see below) within the registration period of May 29, 2026 to June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Each participant may only submit one registration entry. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. Random Selection of Attendees
Due to limited venue capacity, only 1,000 attendees will be given complimentary tickets to the event.
The 1,000 attendees will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible registrants.
4. Confirmation Email and QR Code
Selected attendees will receive an official confirmation email from Billboard Philippines (marketing@billboardphilippines.com).
The confirmation email will include a unique QR code, which will serve as the attendee’s official event pass.
The QR code is valid for one-time use only and must be presented upon entry to the event.
5. Non-Transferability of QR Code
The QR code is strictly non-transferable.
Selected attendees must not share, copy, post, sell, forward, or distribute their QR code to another person.
Any duplicated, tampered, transferred, or previously scanned QR code will be considered invalid.
6. Event Admission
Confirmed attendees must present all of the following upon entry:
- The official confirmation email from Billboard Philippines
- The unique QR code attached to the email
- A valid government-issued ID, school ID, or any acceptable proof of identity with a photo
The name on the registration form must match the attendee’s identification document.
7. Complimentary Access
Each confirmed attendee will receive one complimentary ticket, granting access to the whole-day convention experience, including general event areas, interactive booths, industry talks, and official event activities.
Meet-and-greet access, special activities, and artist-related experiences may be subject to separate guidelines, schedules, capacity limits, and venue regulations.
8. Event Guidelines
Attendees are expected to follow all event rules, security procedures, venue policies, and instructions from the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event rules, presents invalid admission documents, or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Organizer’s Rights
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, program flow, guest appearances, activities, booths, and mechanics without prior notice due to operational requirements, safety concerns, artist availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Photo and Video Consent
By registering and attending the event, attendees agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Billboard Philippines, its partners, sponsors, and organizers for documentation, marketing, publicity, social media, and other promotional purposes.
11. Data Privacy
Personal information collected through the registration form will be used for event registration, attendee verification, confirmation, communication, and future updates from Billboard Philippines and its event partners, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
