Mayday Parade are officially releasing another studio album this 2025. The American pop-punk icons announced the news on August 13, 2025 (Wednesday), revealing that they are set to put out a new record, entitled Sad.

Set to come out this October 3, 2025 (Friday), Sad serves as Mayday Parade’s ninth album overall and is the second record in a three-part album series. It follows Sweet, which came out on April 18, 2025 and contains the songs “By The Way,” “Who’s Laughing Now” with fellow pop-punk band Knuckle Puck, “Who We Are,” and more.

Significantly, the release of both Sweet and Sad both fall within the same year as Mayday Parade’s 20th anniversary as a band, for which they are currently on a special world tour for. This world tour notably includes a stop in Manila, which is set to happen this September 24, 2025 (Wednesday) at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Find out how to get tickets here.

Serving as the band’s only other Asia stop on the tour besides Singapore, the show follows the band’s tour of the country last October 2023, which notably saw stops in Manila, as well as Cebu and Davao.
